Hamilton. I have been a fan of all her writings, especially the Anita Blake series, since a friend turned me on to her a few years ago. Now, seeing pictures to accompany the words, via the comic books, is a great addition to the already marvelous world of Anita Blake. As a writer myself, I admire the way she protects her work as if it were her own child and strive for that kind of integrity in my own work. This was an amazing interview with Laurell K. Hamilton. I have been a fan of all her writings, especially the Anita Blake series, since a friend turned me on to her a few years ago. I do interviews weekly and have found some people a challenge to get good material from, but Laurell simply flows information. Her books are wonders, that I love and won't part with. I feel as if she lives in different worlds than I do. I have also read the first comic book and found it interesting. Not sure I like it as well since I want more information faster than the comic provides it. Thank you for the wonderful interview. Although she's been writing books longer than I have been born. But I love her writing. Honestly, it inspires me. My view of the world, how everything really isn't exactly black and white; and the more I read Anita Blake, the more I see that moral. She's my hero.
