Gostick Dangles Carrot with 2nd Edition of The Carrot Principle

Adrian Gostick is the author of several successful books on employee engagement and retention. The Carrot Principle, a book he co-authored with Chester Elton, has been a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller, and 24-Carrot Manager has been called a “must read for modern-day managers” by Larry King of CNN.

Gostick and Elton have now released the 2nd Edition of The Carrot Principle. We spoke with Gostick about what the two experts have learned since the printing of the original version, and the additional insight the 2nd Edition has to offer.
